• Can I change my plan?

  Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• Is there a contract?

  We believe that if any company is great at what they do, then no contract is ever needed because you would be happy with the product and service, so you would never want to cancel the service. Therefore, NO long-term contracts required. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees.
• How does billing work?

  Monthly plans are billed each month. Annual plans are billed once per year and include a 20% discount. All plans include a 7-day free trial.
• How does the 7-day free trial work?

  You get full access to every feature in your selected plan for 7 days. You will not be charged during this period — simply use the product and decide whether to continue.
• Why do you require a credit card to start the free trial?

  We collect a card up front so your service continues seamlessly after the trial ends, and to help us prevent fraud and abuse. Your card is not charged until the trial period is over.
• Will I be charged during the free trial?

  No. You will not be charged at any point during the 7-day free trial. Billing begins automatically once the trial ends, unless you cancel.
• When does billing start?

  Billing starts on the day after your 7-day free trial ends. Your card will be charged for the plan and billing cycle you selected at signup.
• Can I cancel during the trial?

  Yes — you can cancel anytime during the 7-day trial directly from your account and you will not be charged.
• Is my payment information secure?

  Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe with bank-level encryption. We never store your full card number on our servers.
